How we test tip alignment
Misaligned tips are the number one reason cheap tweezers lose their grip. Every Pinchlash tweezer passes three hand tests before it ships.

Magnified inspection
Each tweezer is examined under 10× magnification to confirm tips meet flush with no gaps.

The 0.07 fan test
We pick up a 0.07 handmade fan and hold it under magnification. If the fan splays, slips or twists, the tweezer is rejected.

Tension & rebound check
Spring tension is hand-checked so the grip is firm, consistent and fatigue-free.
